![]() ![]() Falch joined Penino & Moynihan, LLP, in August 2000. Falch has served as New York State Bar Association continuing legal education lecturer and has spoken at seminar’s involving Basic Tort and Insurance Law and Labor Law. He is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the New York State Bar Association. Mr. Falch worked for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation – Division of Hazardous Waste. In this position, he was involved in litigating matters involving premises liability, automobile accidents, labor law and medical malpractice. Falch worked as an associate at a plaintiff’s negligence firm in White Plains. Subsequent to working in lower Manhattan, Mr. He commenced the practice of law in 1995 as an associate at a small negligence firm in Manhattan. Since he began practicing law, he has been exposed to both plaintiff and defense work. Falch is a graduate of Syracuse University and the Quinnipiac College School of Law. Falch is currently a senior partner at Penino & Moynihan, LLP. Penino is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the State Bar Association. He also has conducted numerous seminars in the area of Labor Law and lead paint tort claims. These have been met with great enthusiasm by the local brokers. He has conducted numerous Risk Management Seminars for local real estate brokers. His work in Westchester centers around Insurance Defense and Commercial Insurance Defense matters and Real Estate Broker Errors & Omissions suits. In 1991 he relocated to the White Plains area of Westchester County where he has practiced to this day. Initially he worked as an associate at a major Manhattan firm specializing in Medical Malpractice Defense litigation. Penino began his work in the Insurance Defense area. Subsequent to serving as a prosecutor Mr. Penino served as a Prosecutor for nearly four years in both the Rackets & Economic Crime and Homicide Bureaus, where his litigation skills were developed and honed. He commenced the practice of law in 1985 as an Assistant District Attorney at the Queens County District Attorney’s Office in New York City. ![]() Penino is a graduate of both Fordham University and the Fordham University School of Law.
